Lacrosse Helmet (NOCSAE approved lacrosse helmets only--NOCSAE approved a hockey helmet is not acceptable) & attached, non-clear mouth guard
Shoulder Pads NOCSAE ND200
Arm Pads
Gloves (hockey gloves do not flex properly for lacrosse)
Athletic supporter with protective cup
Rubber cleats (soccer or football cleats are fine)
